Operation:
After setting the maximum allowed speed for a specific location, the following messages are displayed:
- In red: the speed in km/h with the message "SLOW DOWN" when the speed limit is exceeded.
- In green: the speed in km/h with the message "THANK YOU" when the driver stays within the speed limit.

In case of a power outage:
The device operates on an internal battery supported by solar panels. The battery voltage is automatically monitored, and the device shuts down if the voltage drops below 11.5 V. It restarts when the voltage exceeds 12.5 V.
